Out of the Darkness – A Seer’s Secret Bonus Story

We all want to spend more time with our favorite characters. Personally, I’d trade a good portion of my library for some more official Austen time with Lizzy and Darcy, or even better, more time with Aragorn and Arwen or Aslan and Lucy.

Because of this love, I’ve started writing some bonus stories for my book characters as well. While I can’t pretend Egan comes anywhere near Aslan, I like to think these bonus stories are the kind of thing you, my dear readers, enjoy as well. For those of you who are newer to this shindig, here’s how my bonus stories work:

1. For each book I write, I write a bonus story. It’s available to all of my newsletter readers. Everyone who joins my newsletter team gets the password with which to access ALL of my bonus stories on my Exclusive Content page.
2. Getting Stories #2 and #3:
   1. Reviews on Amazon, Kobo, Apple, Goodreads, Google Play, and all of the other book retailers help my books succeed. The algorithm on Amazon, for example, is set to calculate reviews using the number of reviews. In plain English, this means that the more reviews I have, the more likely the store is to show them to other readers. In turn, selling more books helps me make enough money with which I can continue creating new products. (Believe it or not, publishing a book professionally is EXPENSIVE.)
   2. As a thanks to everyone who reviews my book, when we hit 25 reviews (not ratings, but actual reviews) on Amazon, I release a second short story to all of my newsletter subscribers. And when we hit 50 reviews, I release a third short story!

So, if you like Seer’s Secret, it would be a HUGE help if you could leave it a review on Amazon or Goodreads (or both, if you’re so inclined.) If you need a little encouragement, here are the stories I’ve written to accompany The Seer’s Secret, and I’m excited about them, too, if I do say so myself.
