I’ve always wanted one of my books to look just like the traditionally published books in the bookstores, and now I’m just thrilled that this one is my first. Unfortunately, because it’s print-on-demand, it will be more expensive than my other books. I can’t order books in bulk the way giant publishers do. But for those of you who want a copy that’s extra special, you’ll find that you can order this book not only from Amazon but from any general book retailer as well.

For those of you who want something a little smaller or a bit more economic, you can, of course, read it in ebook and paperback form as well.
